Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail.Send your paper via e-mail as an attachment document (not part of your e-mail).We ask you to send us two copies of your paper.The first is for our record. Please submit it in either Word or PDF format. The second is for a blind review. Please remove all author information and submit it in PDF format (not Word).

The submitted papers must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.There is no deadline for submitting your papers to this journal.
