Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail. Send your paper via e-mail as an 
attachment document (not part of your e-mail). Please submit your paper both in Word and PDF format.
In PDF format author information should not be included for a blind review.

The submitted papers must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication 
elsewhere. There is no deadline for submitting your papers to this journal.

You may submit your papers for review to one of our editorial members.
